When i was a child i dont really care about proper hygene.i dont even brush my teeth 3 times a day …i only brush it when i take a bath in the afternoon.so what happen one day ..nagkaroon ng cavity and hanggang sa nasira na ng tuluyan and now i using a postiso pamalit sa mga nasira kong ngipin..and now that i already grown up and have a 3kids ill make sure na mapangalagaan ng mabuti ang mga ngipin nila.dahil napaka hirap pag wlang ngipin

Oral hygiene is a must. Ung pangalawang anak ko napabayaan tlga ung ngipin, working mom kc aq nun pati c hubby bale iniiwan ko lang sya sa mama ko, more chocolate pa sya kaya in the end nasira ngipin nya. Mommy I love this topic very timely ang hilig pa naman namin ni hubby mag sip ng coffee especially si hubby nakakailang cup sya ng coffee which is nakakadagdag ng stain sa teeth, dami ko po natutunan dito gaya ng kada inom ng coffee at kung gano kadami ang sugar need na matumbasan ng pag toothbrush.

Oral health is very important. Brush 3 times a day to protect our teeth from bacterias. Now i know that are foods that makes our teeth look unpleasant. Just makes sure after eating or drinking coffee you rinse it well.

Very helpful tips I will apply those tips Momsh. Knowing na coffee lover ako. Sensitive din mga ngipin ko sa lamig. Kaya pag nainom ng water i prefer lukewarm than cold. Lagi kong binabrush ang tongue ko kasi nag-contribute din pala siya sa cause ng bad breath.
