My Flawless Rejuvelite Mask Facial Experience

Since Ramencool is just a few minutes away from SM North EDSA, I decided to go there for some pampering session. Our makeup workshop finished earlier than expected and have gotten some few hours for some “me-time” before heading home. I badly needed a good facial treatment since my skin was acting like crazy these past few days.
Good thing I have a Flawless Rejuvelite Mask Facial voucher that I got from Frances aka Topaz Horizon during her blogging workshop.

I’m so glad to finally have the time to use it!

It’s my nth time in Flawless and I have been one of their loyal customers since 2010. I love their Acne Control Advanced Facial for only P980. I usually visit their SM Sta. Rosa branch which is 10 minutes away from our house. I just stopped when I gave birth and became a mom [and moved to QC]. Finally, I came back after 2 to 3 years of hiatus hehe.

Flawless Rejuvelite Mask Facial is powered by LED Technology that activates collagen production and boosts skin rejuvenation for total beauty.

This treatment works by allowing the skin to absorb light energy to produce cellular fuel and increase the activity of the body’s natural healing and regeneration processes.

The Flawless Rejuvelite Mask Facial offers 7 different colors of visible light and infrared light to produce various benefits to the skin, such as firming lines, soothing skin, repairing damages, clearing acne and blemishes, reducing redness, and balancing complexion.

These gorgeous effects depend on the wavelengths of light used, which is determined by color.

Red and purple lights promote youthful beauty; red combats wrinkles and increases collagen production for smoother, younger-looking skin, while purple increases cell regeneration and renewal. For damaged and irritated skin, cyan and yellow lights are useful for healing as cyan calms and soothes irritated skin and reduces swollen capillaries, and yellow alleviates redness and heals skin from inflammation, sunburn, windburn and other environmental damages.

The treatment starts with the usual facial routine as follows: cleansing, steaming, and pimple pricking.

Some despise the pricking part because it is freaking painful! And damn it is true, particularly on the nose part. I got teary-eyed when my aesthetician tried to squeeze my nose using that pimple popper tool for white/blackheads to come out. Sometimes I wonder if these people are aware that it is painful?

Or have they tried it themselves? Nevertheless, I find pricking relaxing and satisfying.

Afterward, an antiseptic mask that contains healing properties was also applied to close the pores and to prevent my skin from irritation. Lastly, it’s time for the most exciting part – the Rejuvelite Mask!

I was asked to wear goggles as I will be exposed to LED light for 15 minutes. They used red light for a smoother and younger-looking skin.

The treatment lasts for about one and half hour.

Oh how I wish I could stay longer because I enjoyed chatting with my aesthetician, I forgot her name, though. She also educated me about the procedure. She’s also a mom and we’ve talked about our most favorite topic ever – motherhood, of course!

It is very normal to see my face in a red and swollen state after a facial treatment.

But lo and behold, it didn’t happen this time. There were no traces of pricking after my Rejuvelite Mask Facial which is truly impressive. In fact, my skin looks fresh and smooth. It really blew me away! Instead of going home straight, I was able to do some Christmas shopping since I could walk around the mall confidently with my bare face!

Thank you Frances and Flawless for this awesome treat!

  1. Kung ganito sana ung nareceive kong treatment sa NuSkin o, sarap sana! haha. Hay, naalala ko na naman tuloy ung GC ko na di nagamit. Kainis! Mukhang maganda nga to gaw! 🙂

  2. Sorry if this seems to be a stupid question, pero di ba mainit yung light? Hehe. I never tried having facial treatments before. Kaya wala akong masyadong idea. Pero I heard na masakit nga daw ang pricking. Haha! Pero yung idea for me is mukha syang relaxing, parang eyebrow threading. 😀

  3. I always see Flawless in SM Sta Rosa but haven't availed any services. Medyo scared ako sa face so my first and last facial pa is a decade ago. lol. Ang dami ko ng dead skin cells sa face. 🙂

  4. The redness after a facial is what I don't like most. So if this one doesn't have that effect, I'll be more than happy to try it! 🙂

  5. It would have been a truly nice experience. I wasnt able to use the GC Madz gave me. And I am real nanghihinayang. I also experience that usual red and swollen face after a facial thus got excited when youve mentioned it didnt happen in you from that experience.

  6. I love Flawless! They have this facial which is organic and suitable for breastfeeding moms. Its been years since I have a facial too! Sana makapagflawless ulet!

  7. It was at Flawless that I had my very first facial and I totally enjoyed the experience. I actually fell asleep while having my black/white heads removed! I truly loved their service and I hope I can visit their branch very soon. My skin is in dire need of some pampering!

  8. Awesome blog! Do you have any recommendations for aspiring writers?
I’m planning to start my own blog soon but
I’m a little lost on everything. Would you propose starting with
a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many
options out there that I’m totally overwhelmed ..
    Any ideas? Appreciate it!
