E.L.F. (Eyes Lips Face) Cosmetics is one of my favorite drugstore brands.
It has a wide range of quality makeup products and the fact that you can buy them at an affordable cost, this brand stands out amongst the rest. I have watched Kathleen Light’s video where she raved about this ELF Blush Palette as one of her favorite affordable blush palettes. From then on, I’ve been looking for this online because unfortunately, this palette is not available in the Philippines. Then one day, I was lucky to score one from a co-member in a Facebook Group. Bought it for 350php, definitely a steal for 4 blushes! It has two blush palettes available, Light and Dark.
To my surprise, it came smaller from what I thought.
It really does look bigger in videos lols. Anyway, packaging comes in a sturdy palette with built-in mirror. The design is a very simple black with the brand, product name and net weight printed on it.

ELF Blush Palette in Light |
This palette holds 4 gorgeous shades to mix and match for a custom blended color. It has a beautiful pigmented glow that is perfect for contouring, highlighting, shading, and sculpting. It contains cool soft pink, medium pink, warm rosy pink with gold shimmers (if you look closely) and neutral brown shade. All matte finish.
This blush palette has a creamy smooth texture with minor fallouts.
The cool soft pink and medium pink exceeded my expectation on color payoff as they are both really pigmented. Meanwhile, the warm rosy pink needs two to three swipes to show off the color. Moreover, the shimmer is barely noticeable on the skin which is a bit odd. And lastly, the neutral brown looks perfect for contouring.
Other products I used:
Rimmel London Stay Matte Primer | L’Oreal True Match Liquid Foundation in Gold Porcelain | Maybelline Fit Me! Concealer in Light | Nichido Finishing Powder in Creamy Glow | In2it Eyebrow Powder | Urban Decay 24/7Glide-on Eye Pencil in Perversion | L’Oreal False Lash Butterfly | MAC Lipstick in Brave
On this look, I mixed all the pink shades and I love it! Since 3 out of 4 are highly-pigmented, use a very light hand when dipping your brush or you’ll end up a lot of color on your cheeks. I recommend using a stipple brush as it didn’t pick up too much product. The blushes are very easy to work with, no streakiness and not drying on the skin. Staying power is truly impressive as it can stay for 5 to 6 hours of wear.
Those with fair to medium skin tones will surely love this Light palette. I also love the fact that for below 500php (or 6usd), you can get 4 shades to create different looks. Just like Kathleen Lights, I highly recommend this blush palette!
