Given my combination skin, blotting film is a must-have in my make up purse.
I have tried different blotting films from Clean & Clear, Gatsby and those affordable ones you can find at Watsons. Actually, they were all good but do you know why Dinoplatz Dear Brachiosaurus (DDB) stands out among them?
Just keep reading! 🙂
Too Cool for School is a Korean brand that brings together the latest skin care and makeup trends with a diverse community of experimental artists. First thing I like about DDB is its convenient packaging. Unlike other blotting films, DDB enclosed in a sleek lightweight packaging with a built-in mirror and doesn’t take up too much space in your makeup bag.
And look at that dinosaur illustration, isn’t it so cute?
This comes with 50 pieces of blotting papers, a reusable puff and 5 replacement adhesives for the puff.
DDB blotting papers are made with natural Hanji, a traditional Korean handmade paper from the Mulberry Tree. With just a gentle press, it absorbs oil immediately, softening skin and leaving my makeup flawless. No need for your powder to retouch! Moreover, it was formulated without Paraben, Phthalates, and Sulfates, thus using this is definitely safe for your skin!

To use, press and attach puff adhesive onto a fresh sheet of blotting paper.
Lightly pat paper onto the oily areas of the face, focusing on the forehead, cheeks, and chin. If stickiness of the adhesive strip fades, peel the strip from the puff and replace.
I purchased this thru a beauty-related Facebook Group on a cheaper price but you can also get your own Dinoplatz Dear Brachiosaurus Blotting Paper for 360php++ (8usd) by visiting their SM Megamall or SM Mall of Asia branches.
