Our Subic Adventure: Texas Joe’s House of Ribs

Thank God it is Friday and welcome to the last series of our Subic Adventure. 🙂

After we had a great family bonding at Funtastic Park, we opted to try Texas Joe’s House of Ribs for lunch. Texas Joe’s is one of the top restaurants that you should try in Subic Bay. No wonder as they cater American Texas Style barbecue that most everyone loves to try!

The venue gives you the “cowboy feel” and its pretty a huge place. On the side note, the lightning for me is not that enough because as you’ve seen in my pictures, its a bit blurred. They also have billiards where you can play while waiting for your food to be served.

The waiting period is 30-45 minutes.

Quesadilla 279Php
Beef Brisket with mixed vegetables, buttered corn and fries 489Php
I enjoyed my Beef Brisket even without the rice because I love buttered corn a lot. I also love that the beef was perfectly cooked and has the right amount of sweetness. Actually, everything on the plate is insanely delicious! No wonder I finished them all heheh.
BBQ Babyback Ribs with baked potato, mixed vegetables and rice 549Php
This also tastes good but I still prefer my beef brisket hehe.

We love the Texas-inspired concept and they also have superb customer service. Did I mention that their attendants are in cowboy uniforms? How cool is that?

They may sound expensive but given their huge servings that can be shared by 2 or more persons, this is definitely worth the price!

Texas Joe’s House of Ribs is located at Waterfront Rd., cor. Mc. Kinley St., Subic Bay Freeport Zone,
Zambales, Philippines-2222.
