After our little shopping at Healthy Options, we searched for food as our tummies started to rumble. We went to 4th floor of Trinoma as its the location of so many restaurants to choose from. We were looking for something different to eat aside from Japanese cuisine. But lo and behold, when we reached the displays (see photo below) I immediately tagged Daddy E and Cloud inside.
From the entrance, you would never thought they have a huge place inside. They have this modern Japanese style and it looks dark for me because of the black and white accent. Gladly, the dining table itself was well-lighted. I prefer it that way to keep the coziness of the place and to enjoy more of my food. They also have private rooms for small gatherings which is a plus!
From the name itself – Hokkaido Ramen Santouka , their highlights is all about RAMEN. But here’s the good news! They also offer other dishes like Pork Belly, Tempura etc. so those who’s not fond on ramen may still dine here.
Presenting their signature ramen – SHIO Ramen 345Php
Shio Ramen is our signature ramen which is mild and creamy soup seasoned with salt. Shio Ramen is our only ramen that is topped off with a Japanese pickled plum.
Ebi Furai (Fried Prawns) 270Php, I love the cheesy mayo dip!
Small Ramen & Char Siu Rice Bowl Set 450Php
Overall, we had a satisfying lunch. The price is okay for its servings and ambiance. The price also justified based on the quality of their food which was great. They have friendly staffs too! Will definitely come back to try their other ramen in the menu.
