A Quick Food Haul Post from Healthy Options

So the family went a little shopping last weekend at Healthy Options Trinoma for Cloud’s food. Since he was 6 months old, he was only taking squash / kalabasa, carrot, potato, sweet potato, avocado, apple and mango. I want him to start exploring other taste now that he is 9 months old, actually people tell me that he can now take the same food we have without the flavorings but we failed as he dislikes the different / blunt taste. *sigh*

Hoping these new finds from Healthy Options would somehow tickled his tastes budto a whole new level

I am very skeptical when it comes to baby cereals because of its sugar content. However, this particular oatmeal cereal has NO sugar in it so I finally gave in. I love the fact that this can be easily prepared by just adding breastmilk and fruits. So far, Cloud is taking this with a hint of banana and the “Marie” biscuit

I chose this variant so Cloud would be familiar with the taste of green leafy vegetables. We tried it first and it tastes good naman.

It is a puree of beef with vegetables. At first Cloud refused the new taste but with the patience of his yaya (thank you Ate), he is now almost finished with the first pack. Hurray! Planning to buy more of this until Cloud get used to its taste.
I am hoping and praying hehe that he will not be a picky-eater as he grows old. I want him to eat what’s on the table especially fish and vegetables.
Any suggestions on what to feed to my 9-month old baby?
I would love to hear it from you 🙂

I love healthy options! My little girl loved Earth's Best organic baby food, the peas one! She could eat a whole bottle in one sitting! Haha!
Are the organic puffs not bitter? Gusto ko pa-try for my little girl 🙂

I have never heard of any of these products before! lol! They should be promoted more specially that they're a healthy option. Nice!!!

Hi! Wow thanks for sharing. Sayang I wasn't able to find this product in Healthy Options when my kids were still babies. Don't worry about your kid being a picky eater as long as you feed him different flavors of baby food every day 🙂

Healthy Options got a variety of oatmeal cookies that i love! I haven't tried their baby foods though, but given another chance to have a new baby, il definitely try them! Thanks for sharing!

Healthy Options has always been my trusted source for best baby food buys.. I love those organic puffs too… I mean my baby does! Hehehe! I used to hoard those when she was still a nibbler.. She is still now, but she has upgraded to the real chips na!

I haven't tried shopping at healthy options actually but those definitely looks like good stuff. I on the other hand started with cerelac on all of my 3 kids when they turned 6 months. ~Pearliza Paguio

I haven't try these Healthy Options to my boy. Because I'm a full time mom I can go to the market and make grilled rice with monggo, and cook him gulay with isda, and smashed squash and potato.

Such a great haul. I wish I have known these products when my son was a little younger. Now, he prefers cereal over oatmeal.

  10. Domesticated Mudra

i hope there's more of these in groceries. i haven't heard of this actually until i read your post. my brother should know more about this since he has 2 little ones that could use some =)

We have tried their Sesame Street Veggie Crackers and my daughter loved it. Didn't taste like veggies at all so it's nice.

I wasn't aware of these products when my son was still a baby, so we tried a different brand, but mostly, we gave him mashed veggies when he starting eating solid food. I'm not really sure where we went wrong because now, he's not really fond of fruits and veggies. Sigh! I hope your baby doesn't become a picky eater when he grows up. — Maria Teresa Figuerres

Same brands as what my son used to eat when he was a wee little baby! Now I'm craving for some Healthy Options time, too!
