Yesterday, we had a family day-out and went to Trinoma.
Aside from buying stuffs for Cloud, next on my list is to look for a good drugstore liquid foundation in replacement to my Revlon Colorstay Foundation. I have been using Revlon Colorstay Foundation since 2013 and it is my HG liquid foundation. Two years is enough and it is the right time to look for a new foundation that caters the need for my oily skin.
I bumped to Covergirl makeup station and the SA offered me this Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous Liquid Foundation.
She said that it is perfect for oily and acidic skin and it has a primer, concealer and foundation. What a steal! I pumped a small amount on the back of my palm, blend it and wow, from liquid to matte finish. As I tested it, it offers medium to full coverage which I love, I do not have kutis artista and I badly need a good foundation to cover up my blemishes and discolorations.
Since I was satisfied with the pre-test, I bought the product in the shade Buff Beige.
I also bought the Covergirl TruBLEND Mineral Pressed Powder, which SA said the perfect combination of the foundation. I got the shade Translucent Light.
Good thing was, Landmark is having their SALE period on selected 10% discount. Nakatipid pa ko hehehe.
I started using it today and I love the coverage and its finish. I will make a separate review on these two babies after I use it straight for one week. Hopefully, I won’t get break out on these two hehehe.
