Hill Station, Baguio City

So before we finally leave Baguio, we didn’t miss the chance to experience a hearty meal at Hill Station.

Hill Station was named one of the best restaurants in Baguio City as it offers robust dishes that blend the flavors of Asia’s hill stations with a mixture of European and American cuisine. With its casual Baguio log-cabin ambiance and good food, we were very delighted that Hill Station was our last stop.

Hill Station is located at Casa Vallejo Upper Session Road, minutes away from Bonbel Condominium. Luckily, we have assisted right away since only a few people were having their meal at that time.

Hill Station also has a bar and coffee shop for people who prefer coffee and desserts.

They also sell delicious delicacies perfect for pasalubong to your family and friends.
We waited for 15 to 30 minutes for our food to be served. Good thing there is Mt. Cloud Bookshop where we spent our waiting time browsing interesting books to buy for Cloud. More about Mt. Cloud Bookshop on a separate post.

Sharing you some of our hearty meals!

Tenderloin Steak with mashed potato 595php

Slow Roast Beef with mashed potato and vegetables 520php

Javanese Fried Chicken 295php
All tastes delicious but my most favorite is the Tenderloin Steak that goes very well with mashed potato. The beef is tender and tasty! From there I realized, they really worth the wait and price.

Of course, our hearty meal is not complete without ordering some dessert!

Canonigo 120php per slice
Canonigo is made of egg white that drizzled with vanilla cream sauce. It has the same look with braso de mercedez but the taste of Canonigo was a lot different. It also has the foamy texture but I did not like this personally because it literally tastes fresh egg white.

Deep Dark Chocolate Cake 150php per slice

This one is a heaven sent! One of the best tasting chocolate cake I have tried. The cake is moist from top to bottom and has the right amount of sweetness that is perfect for everyone’s taste buds.

Overall, it was truly a remarkable dining experience for the whole family. They got a cozy ambiance, good food with reasonable price and the staff are courteous and accommodating. You should try them when you visit Baguio City!

Hill Station opens everyday from 7am to 10.30pm; bar / coffee shop 11am to 11pm.

  1. This post made me miss desserts even more. I am pregnant and I'm controlling my sweets intake at the moment. Those cakes from the coffee shop made my mouth water especially the chocolate cake. The way you describe it, made me want to go to Baguio now and have some.
