BYS Blush Duo – Paint it Pink Review

Hello dearies! How’s your Friday so far? Are you excited for the weekend like I do? I am very excited for not waking up too early (530am) and of course, to have more time with my baby. I love cuddling with my little man. *embrace embrace – gigil mode*

Anyway, in today’s beauty-related post, I will share something from the brand BYS. I got BYS Blush Duo (349Php) on my first Glamourbox BYS Edition (see my unboxing HERE) few months ago but you can also check them out in all Watsons and SM Department Stores. BYS is an Australian make up brand that caters affordable yet quality products. You can type “BYS” in the search button – located at upper right side of my blog to check out other BYS products I have previously reviewed.
Moving on, BYS Blush Duo has a bulkier packaging compare to other blush I have tried. The cover has a clear concave design which I like somehow because you can see the shades without opening it but not a travel-friendly type. Downside is, it has no mirror and applicator included, just the blush.

By its name, it has two shades available in one product which is a dark and lighter shade of baby pink. I think it will take me forever to hit the pan. But honestly, this is not my kind of shade. Lakas maka-PINK!
At the bottom part, you will see the product details such as bar code, ingredients, manufacturer and its lifespan which is 12 months.

BYS Blush Duo is very pigmented and chalky so you better be careful dubbing your blush brush on the pan and a little product goes a long way. For me, this kind of shade will test your blending skills.

Me rockin in the lighter shade in BYS Blush Duo
It took me time to get the perfect blend and so far I love how it looks on my face. I was also impressed that it stayed all day long even I have super oily face. I did not blot nor retouch that day and the blush was still intact. *applaud*

Pros:
1. Very pigmented
2. Affordable
3. Long lasting
4. No break-outs
5. Affordable and available locally
Neutral
1. Big packaging means more product
Cons:
1. Takes time to blend
2. Chalky
3. No mirror and applicator included
Since baby pink is not my kind of shade, might give this to a friend as a gift (Who wants?). I will look for other shades that I may like, Miss Pink perhaps. But overall, this is one of the long lasting blush I have tried.
